Other Users. When you register through the Services and submit Personal Information to create a profile, other users will be able to view your username and channel name (if applicable). If you do not want Personal Information to be viewed by others, we recommend that you do not include Personal Information in your username or channel name. Should you choose to provide additional Personal Information (e.g., photos, location data, or  

Affiliates. We may share your Personal Information with companies under common ownership and control of Bantoo Link, including the parent company and its affiliates.

We may disclose Automatically Collected Information obtained from your use of the Services to third party service providers who provide services to us. 

Social Networking Sites. When you registered your account with Bantoo Link, you expressly agreed with and consented to this Privacy Policy. With your consent to this Privacy Policy, along with any consent you have given with respect to any Social Networking Sites (“SNS”), blogs titles, posts titles, music/audio titles, video titles, descriptions, and/or thumbnails that you engage with, together with Personal Information that may identify you (e.g., IP address, device ID, or other identifiers) may be shared with an SNS. With your consent to this Privacy Policy, we may also share information regarding the other users account and pages, you visit, blogs you write and read, musics you post or listen, products and services you sale or purchase in the marketplace, funding you received or give, videos you create, post or the ones you watched, and films you watched through the Film/Movie section. All this being discribed services (e.g., films, video, music, titles, descriptions) along with other information, to assist us and other third parties to provide you with more personalized content, including ads displayed on Bantoo Link as well as other platforms. Your SNS consent preferences may be changed at any time through your SNS account. Please be advised that where your SNS account preferences do not grant consent to share information regarding your activies and interactions through the Bantoo Link platforme and Services, we may still share other Personal Information about you for any other purpose described in this Privacy Policy.

Social Networking Sites.  When you log-in through an SNS account, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Vkontact, WeChat, Google+, LinkedIn, the privacy policy of that SNS applies to their collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. In addition, the SNS may collect Personal Information about your activity on the Bantoo Link website for the purpose of providing you with targeted advertising and other services. You may determine whether or not your activity on the Services will be shared and disclosed through the privacy settings on your SNS accounts. Please review the privacy policies of the SNS with whom you engage to better understand the information they collect and the choices you have with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information. You can disable the feature that links your account to a SNS at any time by logging into your SNS account and selecting the option to disable connection to your SNS. 

5. Links to Other Websites 

Our Services contain links to other third-party websites and online services. If you choose to visit another website or online service by clicking on a link, you will be directed to that third party's website or online service. Other websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and/or disclosure of Personal Information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites or online services you visit before providing any information or using such websites or services to carefully understand their privacy practices. 

6. Data Security 

We care about the security of your Personal Information. Bantoo Link maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to guard Personal Information that has been provided to us from loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We utilize commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information collected and maintained through the Service and comply with applicable laws and industry standards to secure and protect information transmitted via or stored through our Services. However, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to our Site. 

7. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies 

“Cookies” are small amounts of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. Browsers store the data temporarily and return it to the server on subsequent visits or requests. Web beacons are a small image file (usually a transparent 1x1 pixel image) used for tracking purposes. They may be placed in a webpage or HTML email to record when the content was loaded. For example, these companies may use information collected about you (e.g., IP address, click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. 8. Notice to California Residents 

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with right to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of their Personal Information, and the right to know, access, delete, and limit sharing of Personal Information. In the past twelve months, we may have collected the categories of Personal Information as described in the “Information We Collect” section. (iii) Within the preceding 12 months, Rumble has used the following categories of Personal Information: Identifiers; Categories of Personal Information under the California Customer Records statute; Internet Activity; and Inference Data for the following business purposes: operate and improve  

(iv) Within the preceding 12 months, Bantoo Link has disclosed the following categories of Personal Information for a business or commercial purpose: Identifiers  

The right to deletion. In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected or maintain about you. We may deny your request under certain circumstances, such as if we need to comply with our legal obligations or complete a transaction for which your Personal Information was collected. If we deny your request for deletion, we will let you know the reason why. 

The right to equal service. If you choose to exercise any of these rights, Bantoo Link will not discriminate against you. However, if you exercise certain rights under this Privacy Policy, please be advised that you may be unable to use or access certain features of Bantoo Link’s Services. 

You may exercise your right to know and your right to deletion two times a year free of charge. To exercise your right to know or your right to deletion, contact us through one of the methods listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. 

Request Verification and Response. We will take steps to verify your identity before processing your request to know or request to delete. We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the individual about whom we collected Personal Information. If you are a registered user of our Services, we will use our existing account authentication practices to verify your request. If you do not have an account with us, we may request additional information about you. 9. Notice to Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”) 

Bantoo Link may collect, process and retain the data of residents of the EEA or the UK in order to provide Services to its customers. If we do collect personal information from data subjects in the EEA or the UK, we are required to comply with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable local laws with regard to certain Personal Information we collect. We process Personal Information for the purposes described above. If we use or process Personal Information in ways other than described in this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with specific notice at the time of collection. 

For such Personal Information, Bantoo Link is the data controller of the Personal Information. 

Any Personal Information we may collect is detailed in “Information We Collect.” We rely on the following legal bases to process your Personal Information (i) valid consent provided by you; (ii) as necessary for the performance of a contract; (iii) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; and (iv) to fulfill our legitimate interests unless your fundamental rights and freedoms override those interests. 

Withdrawal of Consent. Where you have given us valid consent to collect, use, and process your Personal Information in certain ways, we will rely on your consent. In instances in which we have based our processing of your Personal Information on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Our Services are based, controlled, operated, and administered by us in the United Kingdom, United States, Sweden and South Africa, where Bantoo Link’s servers are located. Please be advised that the laws of the United Kingdom and/or United States, Sweden, South Africa, may not provide the same level of data protection as the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you visit our websites or use our Services from a jurisdiction outside of the United Kingdom and/or United States, Sweden, South Africa, your Personal Information may be transmitted to, stored, or processed in the United Kingdom and/or United States, Sweden, South Africa and by using our websites, you authorize the transfer to and processing of your Personal Information in the United Kingdom and/or United States, Sweden, South Africa. ডেটা প্রসেসিং চুক্তি 

This Data Processing Agreement (" DPA") of Bantoo Pay Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to Bantoo Pay Africa SAS. and Bantoo Investment Group. (collectively, “BANTOO LINK,” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is an extension of Bantoo Link's Terms of Use and the Bantoo Link's Privacy Policy (available at https://mybantoolink.com/legal) and will outline certain requirements that USERS, Pro USERSs, Contents Owners, Sallers, Buyers and USERSS (collectively, “USERSS,” or “them” or “their” ) must follow when processing their Data and other USERSs Data (defined below). All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in Bantoo Link's Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, as applicable. 

Bantoo Link gives USERS the ability to sell, to buy and/or to offer paid content for Pro Account subscribers in exchange for certain Benefits. In order to enable USERS to connect directly and interact between each other and fulfill these Benefits, Bantoo Link provides access to the personal data of USERS (" USERS Community Data") to the applicable. The USERS may then process such USERS Community Data in order to provide  

This DPA is between Bantoo Link and USERS only and is effective immediately upon a USERS first creating an Account via the Site. All USERS must agree to this DPA in order to protect the privacy rights of the whole USERS Community when processing USERS Community Data. This DPA applies exclusively to the USERS Community Data collected by Bantoo Link and provided to a USERS solely for the purpose of enabling the USERS to provide the Benefits offered to his or her USERS Communitys. 

1. Definitions. 

1.1। " ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইন " মানে গোপনীয়তা সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন , প্রবিধান , নির্দেশিকা এবং অনুশীলনের কোড এবং USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ যা তত্ত্বাবধায়ক কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা জারি করা প্রাসঙ্গিক এখতিয়ারে বিদ্যমান থাকতে পারে ৷ ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইন ইউরোপীয় নির্দেশাবলী 95/46/EC এবং 2002/58/EC ( নির্দেশিকা 2009/136/EC দ্বারা সংশোধিত) এবং এর অনুসরণে প্রয়োগ করা বা প্রণীত যেকোন আইন বা প্রবিধান অন্তর্ভুক্ত , কিন্তু এর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয় , বা যা সংশোধন করে , প্রতিস্থাপন করে, বা  

1.2। " ডেটা কন্ট্রোলার ", " ডেটা প্রসেসর ", " সাবপ্রসেসর ", " ডাটা বিষয় " , " ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা ", " প্রসেসিং " এবং " উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত ও সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা " শব্দগুলো হবে  

2. প্রক্রিয়াকরণ । 

2.1। দলগুলোর ভূমিকা . USERS এবং Bantoo Link- এর মধ্যে , USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটার সাথে সম্পর্কিত যা একটি USERS তার USERS সম্প্রদায়গুলিকে অফার বা/এবং সুবিধা প্রদানের সময় প্রক্রিয়া করে , USERS এই DPA- এর অধীনে শুধুমাত্র একটি ডেটা প্রসেসর হিসাবে কাজ করবে বান্টু লিঙ্ক এবং বান্টু লিঙ্ক একটি ডেটা কন্ট্রোলার হিসাবে কাজ করবে ।  

2.2। ব্যবহারকারী সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটার ব্যান্টু লিঙ্ক প্রক্রিয়াকরণ । ব্যান্টু লিঙ্ক USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের ক্ষেত্রে ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইনের অধীনে তার বাধ্যবাধকতাগুলি মেনে চলবে এবং এটি ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে জারি করা যে কোনও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ নির্দেশাবলী । Bantoo লিঙ্ক প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে যে এটির কাছে এই DPA অনুসারে ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত অধিকার এবং অনুমোদন রয়েছে৷  

2.3। USERS সম্প্রদায় ডেটার USERS প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ৷ USERS ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইনের অধীনে তার প্রসেসরের বাধ্যবাধকতাগুলি মেনে চলবে এবং শুধুমাত্র বান্টু লিঙ্ক নীতি ( এই DPA সহ ) অনুসারে USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করবে , যা USERS স্বীকার করে যে USERS সম্প্রদায়ের প্রক্রিয়াকরণের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্পূর্ণ এবং চূড়ান্ত নির্দেশাবলী ডেটা। অতিরিক্তভাবে , প্রক্রিয়াকরণের প্রকৃতি এবং উদ্দেশ্য শুধুমাত্র এই ধরনের নির্দেশাবলী কার্যকর করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে , এবং USERS- এর ব্যক্তিগত উদ্দেশ্যে বা আইন দ্বারা প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে নয় ৷ অন্য কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য যদি USERS- এর আইনের প্রয়োজন হয় , তাহলে USERS প্রতিটি USERS সম্প্রদায়কে প্রক্রিয়াকরণের আগে এই ধরনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবে যদি না আইন দ্বারা তা করা নিষিদ্ধ হয় ৷ USERS প্রযোজ্য অফার বা/এবং সুবিধাগুলি প্রদান করার জন্য প্রয়োজনের চেয়ে বেশি সময় ধরে কোনো USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা ধরে রাখবে না ৷  

2.4। ব্যবহারকারী সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ । 

2.4.1। বিষয় । _ ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের বিষয়বস্তু হল ব্যবহারকারী সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা ৷  

2.4.2। সময়কাল। প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়কাল যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত একজন USERS USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা ধরে রাখে ৷  

2.4.3। প্রকৃতি এবং উদ্দেশ্য । এই DPA-এর অধীনে প্রক্রিয়াকরণের প্রকৃতি এবং উদ্দেশ্য USERS- এর USERS সম্প্রদায়গুলির জন্য অফার বা / এবং সুবিধাগুলি পূরণ করার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ ৷  

2.4.4। তথ্য বিষয়শ্রেণীর . _ ডেটা বিষয়ের বিভাগ হল USERS যারা নির্দিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের USERS সম্প্রদায় হিসাবে সুবিধা পাওয়ার জন্য ইকোসিস্টেমে অর্থপ্রদানের সদস্যতার জন্য সাইন আপ করে ৷  

2.4.5। তথ্য বিভাগ . এই DPA দ্বারা আচ্ছাদিত ব্যক্তিগত ডেটার প্রকারের মধ্যে যোগাযোগের তথ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে , যার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধতা ছাড়াই প্রথম এবং শেষ নাম বা অ্যাকাউন্টের ব্যবহারকারীর নাম , ইমেল ঠিকানা , শিপিং ঠিকানা এবং সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফিগুলির জন্য প্রদত্ত পরিমাণ ।  

3. নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা । 

3.1। বান্টু লিংক দ্বারা নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা । বান্টু লিংক এমনভাবে ইকোসিস্টেম ব্যবহার এবং কনফিগার করার জন্য দায়ী যা বান্টু লিঙ্ককে উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত এবং সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা বাস্তবায়ন সহ ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইন মেনে চলতে সক্ষম করে ।  

3.2। ব্যবহারকারীদের দ্বারা নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা । USERS USERS সম্প্রদায় ডেটা লঙ্ঘনের বিরুদ্ধে সুরক্ষার জন্য এবং বান্টু লিঙ্ক (" নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা ") এর পক্ষে USERS দ্বারা প্রক্রিয়াকৃত USERS সম্প্রদায় ডেটার সুরক্ষা এবং গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করার জন্য উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত এবং সাংগঠনিক সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থাগুলি বাস্তবায়ন এবং বজায় রাখবে ৷ নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থাগুলি সেই ক্ষতির জন্য উপযুক্ত হবে যা কোনও অননুমোদিত বা বেআইনি প্রক্রিয়াকরণ , দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি , ধ্বংস, ক্ষতি বা ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা চুরির ফলে হতে পারে এবং ব্যক্তিগত ডেটার প্রকৃতি বিবেচনা করে যা সুরক্ষিত করতে হবে এবং ন্যূনতম হিসাবে  

3.3। কর্মী। USERS তার কর্মীদের অনুমোদন ছাড়াই USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ থেকে সীমাবদ্ধ করে ( যদি না প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা এটি করার প্রয়োজন হয় ) এবং নিশ্চিত করবে যে USERS দ্বারা USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য অনুমোদিত যে কোনও ব্যক্তি গোপনীয়তার বাধ্যবাধকতার অধীন এবং উল্লিখিত বাধ্যবাধকতাগুলি মেনে চলবে Bantoo লিঙ্ক নীতিতে ( এই DPA সহ ) এবং প্রযোজ্য ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইন ।  

4. ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা লঙ্ঘনের প্রতিক্রিয়া ৷ 

Upon becoming aware of a USERS Community Data breach, USERS will notify Bantoo Link without undue delay and will provide information relating to the USERS Community Data breach as reasonably requested by Bantoo Link. USERS will use reasonable endeavors to assist Bantoo Link in mitigating, where 

5. Data Transfers. 

USERS may not transfer USERS Community Data to any third party (including any affiliates, group companies or subcontractors) without the prior consent of Bantoo Link. USERS shall at all times ensure that any such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Legislation and ensure the reliability and competence of such third parties, and must include in any contract with such third parties provisions protecting USERS Community Data which are equivalent to those in the Bantoo Link Policies (including  

6. Deletion of Data. 

বান্টু লিঙ্ক নীতির মেয়াদ বা সমাপ্তির পরে ( এই ডিপিএ সহ ) যেহেতু তারা USERS-এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য , ব্যবহারকারীরা মুছে ফেলবে বা ব্যান্টু লিঙ্কে ফিরে যাবে USERS-এর দখলে থাকা সমস্ত USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা ব্যতীত যে পরিমাণ কিছু বা সমস্ত ধরে রাখার জন্য প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা USERS- এর প্রয়োজন হয় ৷ USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটার ( যে ক্ষেত্রে USERS ডেটা সংরক্ষণ করবে এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটাকে আর কোনও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ থেকে আটকাতে যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থাগুলি প্রয়োগ করবে )৷ এই DPA- এর শর্তাবলী যেকোন রক্ষিত USERS কমিউনিটি ডেটার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে ৷  

7. সহযোগিতা । 

7.1। ডেটা সুরক্ষার অনুরোধ । যদি USERS ব্যক্তি বা প্রযোজ্য ডেটা সুরক্ষা কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছ থেকে বান্টু লিঙ্ক নীতির অধীনে USERS সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সম্পর্কিত কোনও অনুরোধ পায় , যার মধ্যে ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইনের অধীনে তাদের অধিকার প্রয়োগ করতে চাওয়া ব্যক্তিদের অনুরোধগুলি সহ , USERS অবিলম্বে বান্টু লিঙ্কে অনুরোধটি পুনর্নির্দেশ করবে . ব্যান্টু লিঙ্কের পূর্বানুমতি ব্যতিরেকে ব্যবহারকারীরা সরাসরি এই ধরনের যোগাযোগে সাড়া দেবেন না , যদি না আইনিভাবে তা করতে বাধ্য হয় ৷ যদি USERS-এর এই ধরনের অনুরোধে সাড়া দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন হয় , তাহলে USERS অবিলম্বে বান্টু লিঙ্ককে অবহিত করবে এবং বান্টু লিঙ্ককে অনুরোধের একটি অনুলিপি প্রদান করবে , যদি না এটি করা থেকে আইনত নিষিদ্ধ হয় ৷  

7.2। বান্টু লিঙ্ক অনুরোধ । ব্যবহারকারীরা যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে বান্টু লিঙ্কের সাথে সহযোগিতা করবে , ব্যান্টু লিঙ্কের খরচে , ব্যান্টু লিঙ্ককে ব্যান্টু লিঙ্ক নীতির অধীনে ব্যবহারকারীদের সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সাথে সম্পর্কিত ব্যক্তি বা প্রযোজ্য ডেটা সুরক্ষা কর্তৃপক্ষের যে কোনও অনুরোধের প্রতিক্রিয়া জানাতে বান্টু লিঙ্কটি অক্ষম হওয়া পর্যন্ত অনুমতি দেবে । প্রাসঙ্গিক ব্যবহারকারী সম্প্রদায়ের ডেটা অ্যাক্সেস করতে ।
